An active space is a virtual tour that is live and instantly accessible on your storage platform. Active spaces can be shared with your team, clients, or contractors for real-time collaboration.
What is an archived space?
An archived space is a virtual tour that has been “put to sleep” and is no longer live. Archiving is ideal for spaces you don’t expect to use in the near future. Archived tours do not count toward your annual storage limit and can be reactivated at any time.
Why does 3D Three60 offer Unlimited Archiving?
We introduced Unlimited Archiving to help reduce storage costs and provide customers with a long-term storage solution for all their projects. It allows you to store unlimited archived spaces without affecting your active storage limits.
When are virtual tours archived?
Virtual tours are automatically archived after 1 year of being stored. However, they can be reactivated at any time, free of charge for the first month.
Are my virtual tours secure with 3D Three60?
Absolutely. All your virtual tours are stored and managed using Amazon Web Services (AWS)—a global leader in cloud storage that ensures top-tier security and privacy protection.
What does reactivation cost?
You can reactivate any archived space for one month at no cost. If you wish to keep the space active beyond the free month, a fee of $35 per month will apply.
