Our Karaka island project was a large residential new build project. With tall studs and complex services our customer wanted the peace of mind that every area within their project was captured and recorded. With premium negative detail wall linings, our customer wanted to make sure QA was thorough and their customer had the ultimate record for future maintenance.

Our Christchurch hospital job was made up of 4 large buildings. With over 20,000 Sqm of area scanned we delivered accurate as-built 3D/2D model outputs and a high-quality facilities virtual tour for our client. We have saved our client countless hours and costs in design, travel and contractor consultation. Large complex refurbishment projects require careful planning and expert collaboration. A large amount of this was done from the comfort of our clients offices in Auckland.

Our multi-story commercial building project was a large 4 story building with 6 unique tenancies. Precision outputs was a must for this project. We utilised all capture and survey methods to deliver accurate georeferenced 3D/2D models, a UAV LiDAR roof scan, Topographical survey and a high-quality facilities virtual tour. Our outputs have enabled our clients and their contractors to perform site inspections and design concepts with minimal impact on the existing tenancies. Countless hours and costs have been saved from improved efficiencies.
